Rest assured that our team are experts in what they do and will guide you every step of the way.

Decide your budget, pick your new home and leave your deposit.

Once you have decided that joining us at Cosgrove Estates is right for your next move our team will help you select the right home.  You can browse a selection of current stock that suits your budget, pick one and then leave a deposit safe in the knowledge that your dream property is now secured.

Finalise your purchase, conclude paperwork and take ownership.

When you are ready to complete your purchase simply get in touch with a member of our team.  They will make sure that your purchase is ready for your handover date.

If your purchase is on one of our residential parks, around 1 month before completion you will be given a draft copy of the 2013 mobile home act and any paperwork required.

On the day of completion, funds are transferred, paperwork signed and keys exchanged. Then all that is left is for you to start enjoying the next step of the rest of your life.
